I don’t write reviews and I thought this was ridiculous. I was fully planning to send it back but I started post menopausal hormone therapy. The testosterone made my hair fall out quickly and dramatically. It will take while for it to wear off. But my hair had begun to be fragile and nearly completely grey prior to starting hormones. So in a way I think it may have been a crazy blessing. This thing makes your head grow hair that is like when you were a child. I have new growth that is DARK and thick like young hair! I got this mid March so I have been using it less than 2 months. It does not fill in the balding spots by my temple more than the rest of my head. I color my hair but I think you can clearly see the crazy black thick hair coming in from my younger days. If I post photos months from now you may not be able to see the dramatic difference but if it falls out later I’ll update.

I think it MIGHT prevent more hair loss at best. If your JUST starting to thin or lose your hair it will help stop it it but if your looking to regrow hair where it’s gone it won't do that. I used it for 1 year & noticed that where it was thinnest it filled in a little bit.

I've been using this for three months every other day and it's really growing back my hair.
