I have been using this for approximately one full month. Given that this is a hair growth item, please know that it will take time to see results. Therefore, please be patient with this cap, knowing that the results will happen if you are diligent. One thing to do before you begin using this is to take a photo of you before you even try this. Since growth is slow, it might be difficult to appreciate the difference over time. But, a photo will be a huge help! I use red light therapy as an adjunct/complement to nutritional supplements and microneedling to maintain thick and healthy hair. If you remain entirely devoted to your regimen, you should see genuine results. First, the cap is entirely comfortable. It can accommodate heads of any size. And, the most common question I hear is ... does it get hot? It does not. There is nothing here that you need to "tolerate." Everything remains entirely comfortable.
